Smarter photo display: Driver partners can now see previous delivery photos earlier in the process. If a customer has provided a photo of their desired delivery spot, it’s easily accessible–cutting down on the guesswork. Photos are now shown at key moments, ensuring accuracy and saving time.
Fewer steps: We’ve reduced the number of taps required by more than one third. This means driver partners can complete their tasks faster, without unnecessary clicks.
Continuous improvement: We’ve added new features like an “add info” button. This allows driver partners to share valuable insights with other driver partners.
Tips for the next driver partner: Now, Veho has a notes section where driver partners can add their tips for the next driver who will deliver to that address.
