Previous Successful Delivery Photos: A visual guide for success
When driver partners arrive at a new delivery location, they now have access to a gallery of previous successful delivery photos. These images show exactly where packages have been left in the past, giving driver partners clear guidance on where to place the current delivery.
How it works:
- At the delivery location, driver partners can view images of previous successful placements to help guide their decisions.
- As they take their own photo, a thumbnail of a previous successful image appears on the side of the app for quick comparison.
This system helps eliminate guesswork and improves accuracy. Packages are delivered where customers expect them—making the process more reliable for everyone.
